Waffle Cones

What you'll need:
​Makes 8

200g sugar
-
60g butter, melted
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1 tsp vanilla essence
-
4 nos egg whites
​
Blue Jacket All-Purpose Flour
Method:

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Lightly oil waffle pan.

Pour a tablespoon of batter onto centre of pan and close pan.

Cook each side for 2min or to your desired waffle colour.
-
Transfer waffle onto plate and roll with the wooden cone whilst hot.

Keep in air-tight container for up to 1 week.
